Job summary

San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for the AM shift. The CNA provides routine daily care per individualized care plans, assisting with bathing, mobility, vital signs, meals, and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, repositioning, transfers, and mobility needs.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Respond to call lights and ensure residents' needs are met.
• Assist with meals and document intake accurately.
• Observe and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and HIPAA compliance.
