Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents and verify identity before care.
• Record care, observations, and activities accurately.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide emotional support and maintain residents' dignity.
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff.
