Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ED/trauma setting.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Prepare patients and families for self-management and post-discharge plans.
