Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• No Travel Required
• No experience Required Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Documents care in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and educates patients and families about conditions and treatment plans.
• Teaches patients and families about follow-up measures and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Supports patient self-management post-discharge.
