Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager in Westlake, Ohio. The role requires an active RN or LPN license in good standing and hands-on nursing care, including medication passes, within a resident-centered care environment.

You will lead the Wellness team, supervise on-site operations, manage assessments and medical records, and ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes, in a resident-centered setting.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulations and related laws.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• Experience with EMR preferred but not required.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a love for residents.
• Able to stand/walk/bend for long periods and assist with transfers.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be the Superior Supervisor and lead the Wellness team.
• Be a Force on the Floor, supporting residents and staff.
• Diligent Documenter of assessments and medical records.
