Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a Wellness Nurse to oversee the health and well-being of residents in our Westlake, OH community. You will provide leadership support, assist with medication administration, and coordinate with resident support services and families to maintain high clinical quality.

Experience in long-term care settings and strong communication are essential. Graduate nurses with RN or LPN/LVN licensure, ability to handle multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Nurse licensed in the state with graduation from an approved nursing program.
• RN or LPN/LVN license required with current valid status.
• Experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care.
• Ability to educate and guide team members in clinical care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; multi-tasking ability.
