Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for Vitalia Westlake in Westlake, OH. This part-time role includes direct nursing care, medication passes, and supervision of the Wellness team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct hands-on nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct (hands-on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Lead and assist Wellness team and other departments to ensure patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely resident assessments and medical records.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
• Support residents with mobility and daily activities as required.
• Promote a safe and caring environment consistent with Arrow's values.
