Job summary

St. Croix Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. The role requires night shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am, with every third weekend and holiday.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, document in the EMR, and coordinate care across the continuum. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure safe discharge planning and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current WI Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled patient care and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Document data related to patient care in EMR.
• Communicate with patients, families and healthcare teams for continuity of care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants.
