Job summary

St. Croix Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. The position is 0.60 FTE with night shifts 7 pm – 7:30 am, every third weekend and holiday.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve safe discharge planning and quality patient care. Current WI RN license and BLS are required; acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
Current WI Registered Nurse license required.
Current BLS Certification required.
Acute care experience preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and plan individualized nursing care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing care.
Develop and implement care plans and coordinate transitions of care.
Document care and patient responses accurately in EMR.
Provide education to patients and families and support discharge planning.
