Optim Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the MedSurg unit, 7pm-7am, part-time in Sylvania, GA. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, ensure safety, and assist in treatment planning.

Requirements include GA LPN licensure, current BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of experience. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are needed to document and coordinate care with the team.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure in the State of Georgia.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under supervision of a RN.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and communicates changes to the healthcare team.
• Assists with assessment, pain management and nursing care planning.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintains patient safety and infection control standards.
• Documents patient information accurately and timely.
