Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department on a part-time night shift (24 hrs/week). You will apply the nursing process, coordinate patient care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in a 26-bed ED with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Requires ACLS/BLS, current RN license (compact license acceptable), and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Mercy offers sign-on bonus up to $20,000, tuition reimbursement, day-one benefits, PTO,

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains accountability for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and upholds patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
