Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. The 26-bed ED operates 24/7 with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. This position is part-time (24 hours per week) with a night shift from 6:30pm to 7:00am.

You will deliver care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow. Mercy offers a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one, including medical, dental

Formación

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.

• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
