Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington seeks an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This part-time night-shift role (24 hours/week, 6:30 pm–7:00 am) offers exposure to a busy ED with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and Mercy benefits.

Qualifications include an active RN license (or compact), ACLS and BLS, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 plus education assistance and shift differentials enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
