You’ll ensure a safe, smooth experience while assisting with late-night check-ins and check-outs. The position emphasizes proactivity, responsiveness and guest safety, with a focus on maintaining lobby appearance and following emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and balance daily, including related restaurant, events, and lounge charges.
• Verify, balance and review hotel room availability for the night.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures for arriving and departing guests.
