Superhost Hospitality is hiring a Part Time Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent for Home2 Suites Normal. The role combines overnight accounting with front desk service, totaling 3 Night Auditor shifts and 1 Front Desk shift per week.

You will welcome guests, handle reservations, process payments, and respond to overnight guest needs while maintaining accurate financial records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve issues efficiently.
• Comfortable using hotel systems and accounting software.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Night Auditor duties: perform nightly audits and close out daily revenue.
• Front Desk duties: check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain guest records.
• Communicate needs to team and ensure guest satisfaction.
