You will perform daily audit functions for the front office and hotel outlets, review postings for accuracy, and support nightly processes while ensuring guests are treated promptly and professionally. • Perform daily audit functions for front office and hotel outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Back-up front office systems and night audit programs as needed.
• Rebuild front office systems and related software maintenance when required.
• Follow management accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, and PBX operations; provide prompt, courteous service.
