Job summary

Crowne Plaza College Park- Washington D.C. is seeking a part-time Front Office Audit/Guest Services associate to perform daily audit functions for the hotel and outlets. You will review postings for accuracy, ensure timely charges are posted, and support night audit activities as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a collaborative team delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily (if applicable).
• Complete rebuild of the front office system, reservation and other related computer maintenance (if applicable).
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Handle all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, answering calls promptly and courteously.
