Job summary

CMC Hotels, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based company, is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor/Night Manager for the Courtyard property. The role involves guest check-in/out, end-of-day balancing, and nightly accounting tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the prior shift, ensuring accurate reservations and payments, and providing exceptional guest service around the clock, with emphasis on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift on Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Clean background check and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS
• Processing payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database
