Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City Crossroads is seeking a detailed, outgoing Part-Time Night Auditor for the overnight shift 10pm-6am Friday, Saturday and Sundays. You will check guests in and out, balance accounts, and prepare reports while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Balance nightly accounts and run reports.
• Process payments and update guest accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room status.
• Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Print and distribute various reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
