Hotel Kansas City seeks an attentive Night Auditor to support overnight Front Office operations, guest service, and end-of-day audit processes. You will handle registrations, payments, and nightly reporting with accuracy and discretion.

Work during overnight hours, communicating clearly with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments while maintaining guest satisfaction and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 6-12 months of guest service/front desk experience preferred.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, efficient service during the overnight shift.
• Support guest registration, check-in/check-out, room assignments, and billing questions.
• Post, reconcile, and verify transactions; maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Transmit messages and communicate room status updates to departments.
• Follow safety, security, and cash handling procedures; complete pass-downs.
