Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City Crossroads is seeking a detailed, outgoing Night Auditor for the overnight shift 10pm–6am Friday, Saturday and Sundays. You will balance accounts, run reports, and ensure guest requests are handled with care to create exceptional experiences.

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with outstanding service.
• Respond to requests and concerns promptly and empathetically.
• Process payments and update guest accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Coordinate with departments on room availability and status.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute reports.
• Make adjustments to guest accounts as needed.

Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City Crossroads is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Part-Time Night Auditor position for the overnight shift 10pm-6am Friday, Saturday and Sundays. What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.

Education And Experience

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
