Job summary

Noelle in Nashville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations at the front desk. You will balance accounts, process invoices, and provide attentive guest service while maintaining a calm, organized lobby.

This role suits someone who enjoys night shifts, has a watchful eye for detail, and can coordinate wake-up calls and concierge requests. Prior hospitality experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Keep the front desk orderly, reconcile accounts, and process invoices.
• Balance accounts from day shift and audit for accuracy.
• Manage front desk activity and handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Schedule wake-up calls and concierge activities per guest preference.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Handle requests and complaints and direct to relevant staff.
• Answer internal and external calls and inquiries.

Your dedication and watchful nature help others sleep well at night. This individual loves to be up at night and being an integral part of setting up the property for the day ahead. Daily duties include: providing excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly, reconciles all accounts, and processes invoices.

Requested Tasks

• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
