Job summary

Makeready LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Full-Time Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations at Noelle.

You will balance accounts, manage front desk tasks, coordinate wake-up calls, handle guest requests, and assist in keeping nightly records accurate while contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly
• Reconcile all accounts and process invoices
• Balance accounts from day shift and audit nightly transactions
• Manage front desk activity including guest check-ins/check-outs
• Schedule wake-up calls and other concierge requests per guest preferences
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in nightly records
• Answer internal and external inquiries and escalate issues as needed

Your dedication and watchful nature help others sleep well at night. This individual loves to be up at night and being an integral part of setting up the property for the day ahead. Daily duties include: providing excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly, reconciles all accounts, and processes invoices.

Requested Tasks

• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
