Job description

We are hiring a Part-time Night Auditor

Role Overview

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! As a front desk team member, you will be at the heart of the hotel, interacting with guests. This department operates 24/7, making each role vital to guest experience. Night auditors work independently, handling closing procedures, guest check-ins and outs during non-traditional hours, and ensuring guest safety through monitoring activities and weather conditions. If you enjoy working semi-independently, possess a friendly personality, and have a strong sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you. Compensation

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $17 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

1. Provide guests with a superior hospitality experience through efficient processing of transactions, including credit card payments for various hotel services.
2. Handle the phone system, transfer calls, manage reservations, and verify room availability.
3. Perform check-in and check-out procedures, and review guest payments for accuracy.
4. Prepare folios for departing guests and maintain the lobby appearance.
5. Assist with morning breakfast setup if needed and be familiar with all hotel emergency procedures.
