Work Schedule:Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need. The Opportunity

Primarily responsible for the execution and completion of all assigned field audits fulfilling company compliance and risk guidelines. Position requires on-site physical inventory of all floor planned vehicles including investigation of unaccounted inventory. Requires heavy contact with dealership personnel as well as business center management. Heavy travel with some overnight stays.

The Work Itself
  • Field investigations requiring review of dealership files and records.
  • Physical audits including looking up VINs (vehicle identification numbers) and comparing to internal Ally records.
  • Communication with dealership personnel to resolve audit issues.
  • Day-to-day travel time to go to and from dealership locations.
  • Required administrative responsibilities including supervisory release, time tracking, expense reporting, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Skills You Bring
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry.
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
  • Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
  • Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have an active driver's license
  • Ability to travel 100%.

Base Pay Range : $49920 - $60320 USD An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
