For nearly 80 years, Sandy Cove Ministries has been a place where millions of people have connected with God and each other.

We offer year-round signature programs designed to uplift and strengthen individuals and families, including summer vacation packages and a day camp for kids. We also contract with ministries and organizations, helping them create their own impactful retreats and events on our property.

All of this happens at our breathtaking location on the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay in North East, Maryland. With 150 guest rooms in our lodge and 220 beautiful acres, we offer guests authentic hospitality and the rest and renewal they crave.

Sandy Cove Ministries is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join our team. Primary responsibilities include processing and verifying financial transactions, providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring guest safety, and completing overnight audit procedures.

Role Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• High school diploma
• Customer service experience (at least 1 year)
• Basic mathematical skills
• Working knowledge of Office 360

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks on the "Audit Responsibilities Checklist," including balancing all cash, credit card, check, and gift certificates payments, processing "end of day" reports, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory.
• Provide overnight customer service to guests and fulfill their requests.
• Address guest concerns and ensure their safety and security.
• Utilize a property management system to verify and reconcile check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
• Prepare and verify guest packets and key cards for use and distribution.
• Prepare for morning activities, including check-outs and providing coffee for guests.
• Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Physical demands include standing for long periods, sitting, walking, staying up during late night/early morning hours, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

The work environment is minimally noisy.

Compensation: $15.00/hr. - $18.00/hr., Pay Grade 11
