Job summary

The 106 - Hampton Inn & Suites Boerne is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and complete night audit procedures. Responsibilities include guest registrations, reservations, daily reports, and security walks while maintaining excellent service during the 11pm–7am shift.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, hotel experience preferred, fluent English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hotel or related industry experience is a plus.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to stand for long periods and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and employees with a smile.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Register guests and obtain reservation information.
• Respond to inquiries about hotel facilities and hours.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system.
• Complete End of Day process.
• Stay current on required trainings.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist daily.
• Handle overnight guest requests.
• Assist in emergency procedures as required.
• Prepare breakfast area for opening.
• Assist with Lost and Found.
• Perform other duties as required.
