Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year or more healthcare or childcare training/experience, or related college curriculum is a plus.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Ability to function independently in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Willingness and ability to attend all company-provided training.
• Willingness and ability to learn and operate hearing screening equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct newborn hearing screenings in well baby and NICU units prior to discharge.
• Communicate relevance of screening to parents and nursing staff.
• Analyze and respond to problem situations per company needs.
• Maintain and use hearing screening equipment; assist with data entry and records.
