Job summary

You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to restore daily function, collaborate with physicians and families, educate patients and caregivers, document evaluations and plans, and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current OT licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to restore or improve function in daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and ROM.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families; select therapies; revise goals as needed.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals to community resources.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per standards.
• Adhere to ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, ensure safety, and participate in team meetings and professional development.
