Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans, selects activities, revises goals with patient/family input, provides education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Collaborates with physicians to evaluate and update treatment programs and discharge plans aligned with patient goals.
• Records evaluations, treatment sessions, family education, and discharge details per departmental protocols.
• Upholds ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, punctuality, dress code, and effective communication.
• Promotes a positive environment, supports team collaboration, and applies service recovery principles.
• Engages in ongoing education, completes required competencies, and participates in onboarding activities.
