Job summary

You will collaborate with patients and families, set goals, document evaluations and treatments, discharge plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering compassionate care and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families.
• Conduct patient assessments, establish and evaluate care goals, and develop discharge plans.
• Provide patient and family education, follow-up care, and referrals to community resources.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain ethical, confidential, and professional practices.
• Coordinate workload, utilize equipment safely, and participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Deliver excellent customer service by fostering teamwork, applying service principles, and supporting a positive environment.
