Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Georgia. The position requires 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical setting.

The OT will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OT license required; BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements the occupational therapy treatment plan.
• Selects appropriate treatment activities to progress patient towards goals.
• Revises goals/plan of care with patient/family input.
• Provides discharge instructions, follow-up and referrals as appropriate.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care according to guidelines.
