Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, cybersecurity, networking, or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years IT support, systems administration, or lab management.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, switching).
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NETLAB+ and virtual lab environments.
• Create accounts, courses, and lab access for students and instructors.
• Monitor performance, availability, and usage.
• Troubleshoot NETLAB, virtualization, and networking issues.
• Maintain system configuration documentation.
• Assist migration of virtual environments from VMware to Proxmox.
• Support cybersecurity lab environments and lab topologies.
