Job summary

Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods is seeking a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA) to support residents with daily activities, mobility, and personal care. Shifts run 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, totaling 16 hours every two weeks, with every other weekend and holiday included.

Qualifications

Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations.
Able to pass post-offer screenings (drug, background, references).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to perform tasks accurately and independently.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care per approved care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
Monitor and record vital signs and other documentation accurately.
Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times.
Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure quality, person-centered care.
Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios.
