Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz positively and enthusiastically in stores.

What You Can Expect

• Hourly rate: $14.00 to $15.00 based on experience

Who Is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive and use work-related apps on personal device.
• Physically able to perform tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Tulsa, OK, or secondary location Cushing, OK.
• Availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, starting around 1 pm, 20-25 hours/week.
