Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure products are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive and perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Broken Arrow, OK, or Tulsa, OK
• Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, starting early mornings, 20-25 hours per week
