Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.

Position: Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of part-time merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly rate: $14.00 to $15.00, based on experience

Candidate requirements:

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices

• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25 miles of Muskogee, OK

• Secondary location: Tahlequah, OK

• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays, starting by 7 am, 10-15 hours/week
