Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’ guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and use work-related applications on personal device
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Tulsa, OK or Cushing, OK
• Availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, starting around 1 pm, 20-25 hours per week
