Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of our world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Ensure our leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $14.00 to $15.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device

• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products from stock rooms to store shelves

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25 miles of the primary location (Broken Arrow, OK)

• Secondary location: Claremore, OK

• Availability: Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays; start between 5-7 am; 20-25 hours per week
