Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising across Shelbyville, IN, and nearby locations. You will stock shelves, build displays, and maintain product visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other brands.

The role requires 18+ with a valid driver’s license, open weekend availability, and a willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and move products as needed. Mileage is reimbursed and up to 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or store visits.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store to maximize product visibility.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture display photos per guidelines.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displayed according to plan.
• Communicate issues to the sales team and follow stores' negotiated plans.
• Follow merchandising schedule to service stores efficiently.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, professional in-store presence.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Shelbyville, IN

• Secondary locations:Batesville, IN, Osgood, IN, Milan, IN

• Schedule availability required:open availability/at least 1 weekend day| Start time: 06:00 AM
• 20 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:
