Mondelēz International in Amelia, OH is seeking a part-time Nabisco merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and maintain product visibility for brands like Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy and Triscuit. You will visit stores with a sales representative and follow Mondelēz merchandising steps, including photographing displays.

You must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license with your own insured vehicle, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Live within 25 miles of Amelia, OH.
• Open availability, including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and work with the sales rep to optimize product visibility.
• Stock shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Capture pictures of displays as part of the DSD merchandising process.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per guidelines.
• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and report issues to management.
• Perform in-store visits and support seasonal displays and new product launches.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Amelia, OH.
• Secondary locations:Anderson Township, OH, Mariemont, OH, Oakley, OH Hyde Park, OH.
• Schedule availability required:open availability/at least 1 weekend day | Start time: 06:00 AM.
• 20 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:
