Mondelēz International in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain product visibility across stores. You will visit several locations, work with a sales rep, and support seasonal promotions while upholding Mondelēz merchandising guidelines.

The role requires reliable transport, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift and move products in a fast-paced retail environment. Mileage is reimbursed, and hours are 20–25 per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Communicate any issues with store managers to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Murfreesboro,TN
• Secondary locations: Shelbyville, TN
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
• Start Time: 07:00 AM
• 20-25 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan
