Mondelēz International seeks a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising for brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy. You will visit stores, stock shelves, and build promotional displays, ensuring Nabisco products are well represented and compliant with brand guidelines.

You must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, own a vehicle with insurance, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. The role is 12 hours per week with Sunday availability in the Kittanning area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various locations.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and maintain product visibility on shelves.
• Build and stock promotional displays and ensure Nabisco brands are well represented.
• Complete in-store visits and capture pictures of displays as required.
• Place orders for shelf and display stock to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Follow the merchandising steps and plans negotiated with store managers.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Kittanning, PA

• Secondary locations: Indiana, PA

• Schedule availability required:Sunday

• Start Time: 5:00-6:00am

• 12 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits
