Mondelēz International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Woodhaven, MI, to stock shelves, build displays, and maintain Mondelēz brands like Oreo and Ritz across assigned stores. You will drive to multiple locations, capture display photos, and ensure in-stock conditions through iPad-based orders.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a 20–25 hour work week with a start around 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Physical activities include lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and collaborate with the sales team to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Visit stores per Merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Order products via iPad for shelf and display stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented and stocked.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and coordinate with Mondelēz management.
• Work the daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat representation of Mondelēz in stores.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Woodhaven, MI
• Secondary locations: Taylor, MI, Trenton, MI, Flat Rock, MI, Southgate, MI, Monroe, MI
• Schedule availability required:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday or Sunday
• Start Time: 7:30am

Salary and Benefits:
