Job summary

Mondelēz International in Carmel, IN is hiring a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain in-store promotions for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

You will visit stores, photograph displays, follow company merchandising steps, ensure brands are represented, and work with a sales rep to follow plans. Open weekend shifts, 20 hours per week, $15.00-$17.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Carmel, IN; Westfield, IN as secondary location.
• Open availability; at least one weekend day; start time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and optimize product visibility.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture display photos.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displays maintained per guidelines.
• Follow store plans and communicate issues to management.
• Follow merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while in-store.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Carmel, IN

• Secondary locations:Westfield, IN

• Schedule availability required:Open availability/at least one weekend day| Start time: 07:00 AM
• 20 hrs/wk
