Mondelēz International in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and drive visibility of Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, and other brands at local retailers.

You will visit stores on a weekly schedule, capture display photos, follow Mondelēz guidelines, and support sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused, upbeat presence. This role is 20 hrs/wk with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Own vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Lebanon, OH.
• 20 hrs/wk with open availability; at least one weekend day; start time 06:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales reps to optimize product visibility.
• Perform in-store visits, take photos of displays, and follow merchandising steps.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well stocked and maintained per guidelines.
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz management and follow plans with store managers.
• Follow the merchandising schedule and support seasonal displays and launches.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Lebanon, OH
• Secondary locations:Mason, OH, West Chester, OH
• Schedule availability required:open availability/at least 1 weekend day| Start time: 06:00 AM
• 20 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience
