Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the museum
• Provide excellent customer service and information to guests
• Perform routine patrols of galleries and public spaces
• Monitor guest compliance with museum policies and report non-compliance
• Provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis
• Provide escorts to secure areas within the museum
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, chairs, and tables for museum activities
• Practice de-escalation techniques when dealing with disruptive behavior
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, dependability and adherence to schedules
• Other duties as assigned
