MARATHON STAFFING GROUP is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Billing Analyst to manage municipal utility billing and account administration. The role emphasizes accuracy in billing, payment processing, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to residents and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with Caselle or similar ERP systems, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in utility billing or municipal finance.
• Experience with utility billing software such as Caselle.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer utility customer accounts, including new service connections, terminations, adjustments, and annual updates.
• Process online utility payments and AutoPay enrollments/modifications.
• Perform billing processes including certificates, demolitions, lot splits, mergers, and sewer fee reconciliation.
• Import consumption data for sewer usage calculations and export final billing data.
• Complete EPCOR water usage imports and annual landscape meter readings.
• Prepare and maintain the Annual Scottsdale Sewer Report.
