Job summary

Marsden Services, L.LC. is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician for our Birmingham, AL property. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and coordination of work orders to uphold safety and standards.

You will work 8am-12pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled and potential overtime. Must provide own hand tools and have a high school diploma plus technical training; boiler licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate MS Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Carry out basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of tools and parts.
• Provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
