Job summary

52TEN is seeking a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our Paradise North Estates community in Phoenix clean, attractive, and well maintained. The role focuses on property upkeep, groundskeeping, and general maintenance, mostly outdoors, with mornings from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The successful candidate takes pride in their work, notices issues, and is willing to jump in and complete tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance or groundskeeping.
Ability to operate hand and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical outdoor work.

Responsibilities

Maintain community grounds and common areas to keep the property clean, attractive, safe, and well cared for.
Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance including weed control, edging, trimming, and cleanup.
Pick up trash and debris and maintain streets, sidewalks, and common areas.
Trim bushes and assist with irrigation and outdoor maintenance needs.
Prepare vacant homes/sites for move-ins and maintain appearance of properties.
Complete routine maintenance and repairs; handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks as needed.
Assist with home/site improvement projects and use tools safely.
Communicate with the Community Manager about conditions and priorities.
Maintain safe, organized work environment and support residents and team members.
